What data we process
When you shop or contact us, we process your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, order information, and the communication you have with us. Card payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
Why and on what legal basis
- To deliver your order and handle returns and complaints (contract).
- To comply with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (legal obligation).
- To send newsletters, only if you have given your consent (consent – can be withdrawn at any time).
- To improve the website using cookies and statistics (legitimate interest or consent according to your cookie choices).
Who we share data with
We only share the data necessary with our providers: Shopify (online store), payment providers, and shipping companies. We never sell your data.
How long
Order information is stored for as long as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (7 years). Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to find out what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, and object to it. Email billy@race3d.se. You may also file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
